OBEDIENCE IS A WEAPON

I have a question for you today my friends.  How many times have we allowed our disobedience to interfere with what the Lord wanted to do in our future? Maybe we did it and didn't know. Or maybe we did (disobedience) and did know...that to not be obedient was going to take us down a road that sometimes it is almost impossible to come back to. God says here in the book of Exodus...'He will be an enemy unto our enemies.' In other words, He will afflict the things that afflict you. Sometimes it's not knowledge but wisdom it's the principal thing. When God is talking about afflicting those things that afflict you, what He means is...that He is going to take and He's going to subdue your enemies. He is going to bring them(your enemies) under your subjection. He's going to cause them to be afflicted themselves. He's going to make sure that they are utterly destroyed. And He's going to make a way for you to possess what He told you, you should possess. But that's only when we obey. Obedience is not only and offense, but it's a defense. What have you not allowed God to do for you because of your disobedience? Remember my friends...obedience is a weapon.
