THE POWER OF OBEDIENCE

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. 

Jeremiah 29:11

There was a time in my life where I use to always ask people for their opinion when God told me to do something. The Lord would either give me a download, or I would read an instruction from the Bible He would highlight, or I would get a word of prophecy. And instead of moving on that I would go ask a lot of different people what they thought about it. What they thought. So one day the Lord said, 'Am I not enough?' 'Is my word not enough?' How will you ever know that I'm faithful if you won't allow me to be faithful? 'How will you ever know that my word is true if you will not allow it to be true?' See what I didn't understand is obedience builds history with God. And it builds trust with God. And it builds confidence with God. So my question to you today my friends is, 'Do you have enough trust in God to obey?' Because out of obedience comes God's blessing. Out of obedience comes God's abundance. Out of obedience comes God's provision.
