THE POWER OF FREE WILL

 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. 

Joshua 24:15

Joshua 24:15 is so crucial for the Children of Israel. This verse tells us Joshua challenges them to choose between serving the Lord or turning to other gods. You must note by him saying this, by him telling this to the Children of Israel, he is giving them the option by loosening the reigns' to go back to what their heart really desired.  See, the Children of Israel historically after God freed them, after God blessed them, would go back to the same thing that bound them. So today friends, the question is, 'What will you choose?' Because the power of free will is in your hands. Will you be found choosing what God chose for you? Who God chose for you? Or will you continue to go back to the things that God never told you to do or never chose for you?
