A LIVING DIRECTION

I often get asked, how do I really know that the word of God is true? I mean, with all of the other religions and prophets out there what makes Jesus different? And these my friends, are valid questions. So, to these type of questions, I answer back with a question. I say, ' Ok, let me ask you this...If I'm walking down a road and I come to an intersection and I need directions ...and I look around and I see two people...one is alive...and one is dead...who do you think I'm going to ask directions from?  Of course the one that's alive. See the resurrection of Jesus validates everything including the canonized Bible accounts that were written over thousands of years by many authors. If Jesus never would've rose from the grave and was seen by a lot of people then maybe I could see your point. But the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 15 starting at verse 3:

And this is Apostle Paul-

3] For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;4] And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: [5] And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: [6] After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.

So with all of the other prophets accounts and in other religions they are still dead. But Jesus is alive. So not only am I confident but I'm assured that not only is He real but He is the only true way back to the Father. My friends, it's time to walk in confidence and victory...now follow the directions of Jesus.
